follow up post on LIBK

hahaha i almost forgot about the day after the incident. after subuh prayer, we started PT handled by komander bad. i like him. why ? the first komander in LIBK ever asked us to do knuckle push ups. because of him me and luqman had to do 140 pt10. suppose luqman alone, though because i tried to back him up.. both of us go down together. lol then the next day was fun. sing negaraku, uitm dihatiku and darah satria while doing knuckle push ups. if didn't sound the same or loud... stay down. haha nice challenge. the third day, kekanan lurus sambil knuckle atas pasir pantai depan uitm. tale bla sial. ramai sampai kaut pasir genggam nak tahan sakit. ada sampai gali dalam2 pulak ahhahaa. pastu guling sana sini wahahah tale bla. last 3 days before passing out ada small paranormal activity laa. dungun BK Isyrak kena rasuk. dia ada muntah kt longkang somewhere around dewan makan redang. balik tu, tiba2 je hujan lebat.. yg sepatutnya nk jd sesi denda and akan ada roll call spt dirancang, cancel. ktorg baring2 komander ckp pusing kekanan. ktorg pusing aku terkejut tiba2 je hujan lebat tu bawak air mencurah2. first time court basketball tu banjir. lain macam sial. then without warning, Isyrak jatuh head first. pengsan. luqman kesejukan dada dia, lari jauh dr orang. amir asyraf pengsan pulak lepas tu. suram malam tu. aku terus pegi kejar luqman, settle2kan dia. bwk masuk naik. then jaga amir & isyrak. isyrak pulak duk muntah2. amir dah sedar. tiba2 isyrak bersuara. kata apa, "bagi aku budak ni" ! "dia sorg je bagi aku makan" ! "aku lapar" ! haha paling scary... "aku nk bunuh budak ni, aku nak cantik semula mcm dulu !" dafuq ? hasil kerjasama cik afif, cik ijat & cik fawwaz.. alhamdulillah settle mlm tu. semua pun cm penat. aku naik awal takut tak sedar pagi nnt.. time tu dah 2.30. pergh. esok, kena pulak. luqman buat hal tanak makan ubat, minum tanak, makan tanak. balik tenggol cikgu shidi urut2 dia, aku dah rasa tak sedap. aku tgk dia.. dia kata "Farris, kau blah skg, aku taknak tgk muka kau" babi siaaa. hahaha tak sedar tu padahal. kena2 dia pulak yg kena rasuk. pegang2 aku lock body dia dgn 3 org lagi kt tepi aku tolong. skali lagi cik2 tu yg settlekan, bwk pegi surau. senyap. aku naik atas, isyrak menjerit. "aish, apa kena pulak dia ni". pucat muka budak2 kolej tgk dia. berkerumun orang. aku tolak2 ketepi, masuk, pegang isyrak. settle2 sket.. cik2 suruh bwk turun. sumpah tak padan ngan badan berat dia. 6-8 org angkat dia still, aku handle kt peha ke punggung tu pun rasa berat nak mampos. dafuq. then settle2, masuk surau.. alhamdulillah malam tu dh tade apa. esok dan seterusnya tade apa dah.

kelakar, kadang2 aku geram tengok basikal kt tepi jalan rasa nk rembat bawak pusing2. aku fikir, pergh ni klau dapat guna bwk pegi dewan makan or PH ni sedap dah. balik tenggol ke. sumpah lega sket, tade ah penat sgt. saboo je laaa hahaha. kadang2 rasa nk ckp kt komander nak tumpang naik basikal boleh tak ? xD mmg tak larat gila rasa time tu. aku suka bila time cik yob bagi ktorg riadah main volleyball. sumpah awesome. enjoy gila sial. biar kalah pun :P tp best sumpah. semua ceria je. group 1 ah paling riuh, ktorg ngan tepuk2 semangat, tepuk2 menyampah, karoot komedia lah hahahahha apooda. aku tgk komander2 layaan je. ada sesetengah cm kurang minat tgk ktorg ni terlebih enjoy sbnye. boleh nampak. tp lek ah. aku pun taknak gak bdak2 ni bising sgt. nnt kata apa pulak. but it's fun. serious. aku tale bla dengar cerita budak2 group ktorg kena bahagi masuk ke group sarjen mat nor. teruk kena. bagi pilihan nk kemam rokok ke kemam lighter.. gigit kayu la, penyapu laa. atas sebab ujian mengawadkan squad yg kurang memuaskan hati. hahaha selamat aku tak kena kt group tu. kelam kabut gak. sama time ujian mengajar squad. mmg serious, berbelit kepala otak, lidah apa semua duduk ber"setingkat lagi". hahaha makan tido berlari asyik setingkat lagi setingkat lagi. haih hahhahaha. tp betul lah ckp komander2, LIBK ni tak hardcore. tak kasar. nampak just biasa2. and bila dia biasa2 je, budak2 yg slow2 sket ni akan nampak bawah dari biasa which is weaker. disitu timbulnya tak puas hati lah kann. biasa ahh, macam manja sangat. aku pun sendiri tak suka manja2 sangat. aku pun pelik kenapa tak kasi hardcore sket lagi ? aku mula datang excited bila komander bad buat knuckle tiba2.. itu lah baru aku jd semangat balik. haha. sbb kt chendering knuckle adalah perkara biasa. aku sampai fikir eh tak puas hati lah datang LIBK tade tattoo kt buku lima. haha cm tade challenge. tak gahh laa. hahaha. haa, TTS.  tempur tanpa senjata. juga dikendali oleh cikgu zeck. cikgu kami di platun 1. best, walaupun step2 basic je tp fun laa. TTS SEDIA ! TTS CHUMBI !! *EIIIII !!* hahahhaha. time tu datang lah kepala otak rasa nak cari dummy satu nk hentak. best jugak, lepaskan stress sket. cik ijat dah excited, ajak sparring pulak dengan budak2 BK tale bla ahhahaha. haih.

banyak sebenarnya nk cerita tp tak kesampaian. tak terkeluar dari otak ni. mmg byk ah memori, suka duka sme ada. ada lagi, cerita lagi.. till then. peace !

quite different than the previous installments, this time it's about flash mobs. current trend worldwide right ? not bad. this time, they don't really focus on contest or something. more on voicing out. though, i don't see the voicing out thing until the last quarter of the movie. oh, maybe the way they present they dance moves or the scenes they show didn't really portray they right message like they try to voice out. the plot's quite confused if you ask me. the songs and dance moves for this sequel totally not impressing me. they could've done better. lack of ideas already i suppose ? idk. but okay la, can enjoy watch them dance if you love dancing stuffs.

Verdict: 3/5.

nothing to cheer/celebrate about. seriously. i didn't do well. let myself down, my family down. i'm just gonna be open right now, i'd got 2.62 GPA only. and i failed my Business Maths. shit. yes, sounds like someone's repeating a subject. oh well, my bad. didn't focus well. got confused too. redho je lah. the truth is i hoped to get at least 3.0 GPA. haih. unexpected. and frustrated. but nvm, at least i only have to repeat one subject. i pray to god i would do better this time. no more repeating papers. pray for me as well aite guys. :'(

LIBK Batch 3 & 42, 2012

salam. lama dah tak update blog hahaha. so, bagi meluangkan masa yang terlebih bertaburan di rata2 sebelum sambung ke semester 2 ni, i would like to share to all of you abt my experience for the past 2 week's stay in UiTM Dungun regarding the LIBK aka Latihan Intensif Bakal Komander. as you all know, i chose to be a part of what people call  "the elites" of UiTM which is commanders. aku kini berada dibawah naungan Shark Squad, UiTM Kuala Terengganu Chendering. bersarungkan full u hijau tua, itu lah dia Kesatria Negara. korang kena tahu, nak jadi komander ni bukan mudah dan bukan kecil tanggungjawabnya. Alhamdulillah, satu balak dibahu telah diterima atas usahaku selama 12 hari disana. merata2 bila jumpa komander2 senior, pesan diorg semua sama.. jgn terlampau bangga dengan kejayaan kita apabila dah jd komander, ingat bahawa beban dibahu bertambah apabila timbulnya lagi balak di sisi kita. Komander Rendah Muda, rank aku sekarang selepas 1 sem bertukar status dari calon bakal komander (CBK) & bakal komander (BK). let me begin the story from the start. CBK. the reason why i made my decision to sign up because one, i love challenges.. two, i love kawad since sekolah rendah kot. three, i can't stand being a normal student with nothing else to do other than plainly study, eat, hang out, sleep waste timeee. better do something more useful since i'm gonna stay here for quite some time right. fourth, wow, don't you just see how nice it is to wear full uniform ? different than others. felt special. haha idk you but made me become eager to join. let's cut to the chase. banyak suka duka lah sepanjang ikut benda ni. mula2 ramai gila nk join komander. aku semangat, Charlie 4 dah ramai. apa lagi dr platun lain kann.. tiba2 lepas a few disciplinary actions, they just took off. aku pun tak tahu knp.. tak boleh tahan kena marah ke apa, lembik sangat ke ? mampos kau lah kan hahaha. ramai ajak aku keluar sekali tp aku dh determined. aku nk habiskan apa yg aku start. follow je. kena marah, standard lah. nak masuk sangat kan. kena ikut rules, memang lah. dunia ni ada ke benda yg tak payah ikut rules ? godaiii. pastu nk pulau lah, menganjing lahh. lantak kau, hidup aku bukan kau kan haha. time kt LIBK aku byk terkenang masa aku CBK, BK. sumpah best. serious. penat, standard lah kan. duduk dapur masak pun penat.

aku try kenal dengan komander2 yg ada, walaupun ye lah kan, nk igt nama bukan senang. igt muka je lah. klau nmpk, tunduk.. senyum and say "komander".. ada yg gelak aku buat mcm tu tp aku tak tau, aku rasa respect kt diorg ni. bukan apa, diorg ni nmpk diorg tau apa yg diorg buat. diorg ada disiplin, diorg ada rank.. kena hormat lah sket kan. bukan nk kipas ke apa just respect. ye lah, nk org respect kita kita kena respect org. haa tak gitu ? :) fitness, kawad. itu je keje ktorg sepanjang sem. fitness first time buat memang sangkut. nk pecah perut rasa haha naik tangga pun teresot2 hahaha. tp slowly dpt follow. teringat cik anis bwk ktorg pegi pantai pandak. suka betul aku dpt buat long track jog. aku tau, ramai mcm tak larat tp takpe laa. fun. aku byk belajar ngan komander2 ni. lari keliling campus tu standard lah kan. buat warm up aku pelik airforce ? grenade ? mcm2 lah aku tak pernah dengar. tp okay best. hari pertama kt LIBK. sampai2, daftar. wahh diorg separate budak cendering ngan dungun ? kenapa, taknak bagi ktorg duduk puak ke apa ? tape lah, tak kisahh. duduk kt kolej Tenggol. not bad, just sbb dia bangunan lama, usang sket laa. toilet pun mcm erk haha. tp biasa lah kan. bilik okay laa. budak2 dungun mcm awkward tgk ktorg. knp aku tak tahu. tp tape, aku nampak, aku salam. sj nk buat friendly. okay laa.. nampak okay budak2 nii. buat kawan laa. macam2 diorg tanya, diorg agak gentar ngan budak2 chendering ni sbb apa ? ktorg cm dh prepare bagai. ada roomate aku luahkan beberapa hari slps.. dia kata chendering bahaya ah, datang2 dah botak, hitam.. sumpah dah ready. diorg ni rambut tak potong lg, handphone masih di tangan, minum air sejuk dengan slumbernyee haha cm datang nak holiday aa. ktorg tak ckp apa2, just follow flow. satu benda yg mengejutkan pd ktorg budak2 chendering lah kann.. diorg ni apa yg diorg buat ehh, rilek smcm jee. haa, first PT. ktorg yg chendering handle. semua muka pelik sbb apa, ktorg intro airforce, pt katak mcm2 aa yg biasa ktorg buat pagi2 pukul 7.30 kann haha. diorg kekok sgt.. rupa2nya tak pernah buat pun semua tu. tape, ajar ah kann. balik bilik aku tanya sorg ni.. eh korg mcm blur jee, dlu time BK buat apa je ? jawapan yg tak disangka gk laa.. tade apa sgt, ktorg byk busy ngan program campus, BK tade apa sgt. ohh.. okay.. that explains laa. patut lah diorg cm geram je haha.

terus tersentap kt otak ayat komander sblm ktorg gerak ke dungun.. "ktorg suruh awk buat semua ni spya awk tak terkejut masa kt sana nnt ! biar awk sme dh tahu basic2 perkara yg akan dibuat kt LIBK nnt" pergh, seketul kena. mmg sepanjang LIBK aku fikir, kalau kt chendering haritu komander2 takde suruh buat semua tu.. mmg blank ah kt LIBK. serious. thank you so much lah bg head start. sgt banyak advantage ktorg chendering ni dpt. sbb aku sedar, dungun byk blur. dari fitness, kawad hingga ke makan, pengurusan diri. serious. jemput makan cik, jemput makan komander, jemput makan bk, jemput makan semua ! haha 6 kali makan, 6 kali lah sebut mcm tu.. ktorg dh tahu sblm sampai dungun, lagi sekali.. thank you komander2. lagu darah satria, cara lipat lengan (rocket) and kilat boot semua ni byk membantu bila dah dibriefkan awal2. :D cerita kt LIBK memang penat. physically & mentally. betul lah, kau mmg tade masa nk mandi sgt. haha bau tu jgn tanya ah, mmg harum semerbak kasturi ah masing2. cuaca tak berapa menentu... jap hujan lebat, jap panas terik. yg penatnya sbb kolej, masjid (PH) ngan dewan makan semua jarak ada dlm 1km+ each. setiap kali kena berlari kerana ayat cik ijat, dimana nampak langit di kepala.. tak ada seorang pun yg berjalan. dengan langkah berlariiiiii !! hahaha. mula ah bergaduh, depan suruh blakang cepat sikit, yg blakang suruh depan slow sikit. bisingg. haha. aku bukan apa, kesian ngan yg sakit tuu. sbb aku pun sakit but 3 hari terakhir baru aku rasa ditempat diorg. dengar je ayat tu dah haih, tak bolehh.. at least kalau kawad okay aa.bukan nak lenggang pegawai setiap masa kann. haha sbb diorg berjalaaan je. ktorg laju sikit, kena sound suruh slow. tp bila ktorg slow mcm berjalan dah keadaan.. penat tu aku faham, tp betul jugak kata sesetengah komander, jgn jadi lembik sgt.. boleh lari, lari lah kann. yg sakit tu tape, diorg cane2 pun mmg lambat haha. time management sangat teruk sbnye antara ktorg ni. adaa je yg lewat. tak nak ah point fingers kann tp tau2 sendiri lah eh. jgn sbb kau org lain susah. tp itu lah hakikat adik beradik, sorg kena semua kena. nak tak nak kena buat jugak. byk salah silap kitorg smpi wujudnya hutang wajib setiap hari 250. 100 front support, 100 pt10, 50 squad jump. aku tak kisah lah, benda dah biasa buat tp potong aa smpi kena mcm tu kann. tak termasuk denda2 lain lg. disiplin mula2 agak teruk laa klau tanya aku. ramai amik mudah dlm sesuatu keadaan. leeeek je. bila dah kena kerah sikit, tak bagi muka dah baru aa start faham, tingkat sikit disiplin tu. bagus aa kan. sedikit kecelaruan tu standard lah dlm bahagian peserta/handler.

tapi fun lah so far, boleh ngam sama sendiri. bergelak ketawa sama2, share story masing2. tapi one night, insiden yg petik nama chendering. katanya ada seorg siswa kutuk komander then kata siap ah nnt bila cik2 ktorg balik dr jambori dtg sni tgk macam mana jd. aku tak pasti sape yg laser mulut sgt tu. ada atau tidak, rekaan atau fakta wallahualam. kata cik afif, cerita tu betul. sejauh mana betul tu tak sure lah kan sbb setakat aku kenal adik beradik aku dr chendering ni, semua pandai jaga tepi kain sendiri, pandai jaga mulut. tade sorg pun dr kte agak2 nk bukak cerita bukan2. tade lah nk tuduh sape2 reka cerita kan tp misteri laa. sampai cik afif buat gimik baling phone, then cik ijat, cik fawwaz dll komander angkat kaki bla, bengang. aku sdri dah sebak sbb tak sangka ada org nk ckp mcm tu, lagi mau tuduh ktorg chendering ni eh ? risau dah, apa aku nak jawab kt cik2.. apa aku nk jwb kt cikgu shidi yg tak berapa sihat time tu, balik nk jawab apa kt tuan amin nnt ?! ktorg dah malukan chendering, mmg habis laa. semua dah tak tentu arah. aku sendiri pun tak boleh control perasaan dh mlm tu. sblm terluah hal ni, aku, luqman ngan joe dah confront komander izzah and komander rai, ktorg risau sgt ktorg ckp, diorg kata diorg tak tau nk ckp apa, nnt nk post mortem blk. sabar je lah. lps dah terluah mlm tu, mmg serious, senyap gila kolej. chendering and dungun tak bersuara langsung.. jangkaan beberapa komander yg kami akan bertumbuk mmg tak ah, sbb ktorg mmg tade niat buruk or rasa tak puas hati antara satu sama lain.. if ada pun, masih boleh bersabar.. tade lah smpi tahap tu kann. tp aku boleh agak, semua ni gimik jee nk tgk mental kita.. sbb aku fikir tak tercapai logiknya ktorg budak chendering nak bukak cerita mcm tu and tak mungkin lah komander nk act unprofessionally.. nk bla mcm tu je. tp aku senyap je laa. wait and see.. rupa2nya mmg betul. pecah rahsia bila cik mirul bomba ngan cik soufi panggil luqman ada cm slow talk, aku boleh agak apa perbincangan diorg. and tiba2 komander rai lalu time makan, kata sorry ah marah korg mcm tu jee. aik ? haha kantoi. sabar je lahh. itulah ujian mental terbesar LIBK setakat aku nampak. adoyai.

makan chewing gum sama2 ? wahh hahahaha 5 kali kunyah, pas kt org sebelah. eww kan ? haa, adik berakdik kann.. kena buat mcm tu laa. *kata2 komander kt depan* -____- tahan je laaa. then diorg tanya, kalau boleh mintak makanan, nk apa ? hah amek kau. cendol la, choki2 la, 100 plus laa, roti telur laa hahaha paling tale bla, salonpas. dehell ? kau nak kunyah benda alah tu ke apa ? hahahaha makan ah kau sorg aku tanak xD merapu dah masing2. haih. time kawad, boleh nampak makin rapat masing2, bila start gelak ketawa, menyanyi lah apa.. jurulatih2 best. baik2 semua. cikgu zeck/zanggi jaga platun no 1, aku punya group. mcm2 lah lawak dia buat. ye lah, kurangkan tension kann. dia mesti faham keadaan ktorg yg under stress, tak cukup tidur bagai. masa class malam2 ramai tidur, alhamdulillah aku tak tidur.. tp jd tukang kejut org pulak. -.- hahaha. nasib baik aku dah plan bawak stock hacks byk2. mmg berguna ah, lagi2 saat2 lentok ni hehe. yg tido ramai kena amek gambar. kelakar qayyum, abg long chendering kena 2 tanda X atas dahi sbb tido mati tak sedar2. hahaha kesian :P ktorg ada dapat buku, dungun dan chendering.. diary laa.. setiap hari 5 helai. tp geram, aku tak dpt baca smpi harini lg.. -.- haih. ramai jealous, dpt sambut birthday time LIBK.. mimie bertuah laa, mula2 ktorg igt kenapa lah.. mimie apa salah kau ?! cik afif, cik ijat ckp. dia cuak, tak tahu. ktorg pun tak tahu. tutup mata.. pstu sorg2 ditepuk utk bangun bukak mata. rupa2nya surprise ada cake.. hahaha best gak gimik. hm. ckp pasal penat, ye.. ktorg penat. tp aku boleh nampak muka2 komander yg juga kepenatan. boleh faham ah tuu. tu aku tak banyak merengek sgt. sakit sikit2 aku diam je. just mintak ubat. kaki aku 3 hari terakhir tu mmg teruk sbnye, smpi harini still tak baik lagi. aku kena infection, kulit sensitive, biasa ahh.. nk2 kebersihan kurang and cuaca lembap ni kann. senyap je la and tahan. tak nak susahkan diorg. lgpun taknak lah menampakkan aku ni lemah. nak jadi komander, takkan lembik kot sakit sikit eh ? tp aku freaked out masa dekat2 nk passing out sbb aku kehabisan ubat. mengharapkan calamine je sapu hari2. haih. plaster saje dh 6 kt kaki. hahaha. last2 aku dah tak boleh lari. kawad pun nmpk lain sket mcm cacat sket aa. tp redho je laa. pasal passing out, aku dah frust gila sbb tak dapat join mula2 sbb aku sakit. aku kena sideline. pergh, tale bayang motif aku bersusah tiba2 tak boleh join upacara penutup. aku try jugak cari jalan. tanya cikgu shidi, tanya cik afif, tanya cikgu sulaiman.. tak boleh.. igt dah tade harapan.. aku pun senyap, sedih.. tgk je diorg berkawad kt depan dewan aspirasi tu. mungkin berkat doa aku maghrib tu aku mintak dpt peluang.. pegi rehearsal malam tu tiba2 sarjen mat nor datang tanya yg sakit ni sp nk kawad ? laju je aku angkat. dpt laa aku ddk kt penanda kiri. niat sbnar nk penanda kanan.. excited ah aku. hehe. panas, penat tp tersengih aku bila pangkat disarung kt bahu full u aku time tu. wahhh, tak sangka, dpt jugak aku eh jd komander. waaa. alhamdulillah.

sebelum balik, tiba2 ktorg kena kumpul belakang tenggol. kena sound, layak ke korang jd komander ni ?! kawad terabur apa semua. buang pangkat tu skg ! semua buang, tiba2 aku pun blur.. yg senior2 cm slow down, ternampak senyum kecil kt situ. sorg2 berbaris depan kami KRK nii tepuk kedua bahu, "welcome to the family". sakit tak hentak ni ?! sakit ? itulah beban yg akan datang kpd korg bila dh jadi komander. bertanggungjawablah.. sorg demi sorg ditepuk bahu smpi habis. then tiba2 suruh buang accessories letak tepi, masuk longkang. datang2 komander dr jauh bwk tong sampah. ntah berapa hari punya, mana diorg dpt aku pun tak tahu... tradisi yg digelar "mandi wajib" habis tercurahlah semua sampah2 atas ktorg.. kami kesatria hancur harapan nk balik rumah dengan full u sbb kena mandi skali ngan full u tu. ceh, baru nk bergaya bila sampai kt chendering. ptong stim betul hahaha. bau dia ? wah, mmg kalah perfume. bapak ah. kulit ayam, nasi, kepala ikan, sayur semua ada. ulat pun ada. -.-" balik bilik aku tabur sabun gonyoh2 basuh masuk plastik kemas2 gerak balik chendering. hahaha

aku tak tau ah, ada hari aku sangat semangat, ada hari aku sangat down. start rindu chendering, rindu nk relax2 sket. tp apa yg keep aku motivated ialah kira berapa hari je lagi nak balik and igt balik apa harapan dan pesanan komander2 senior, cikgu shidi & tuan amin sebelum ni. aku mmg serious takut nk let them down. aku taknak ktorg dilabelkan sbg failure nnt. so, kekal bersemangat. walaupun hahaha adaaa je yg tidur dlm baris, tengah solat sujud tak bangun2, tengah makan mcm sahur tutup mata mulut kunyah. hahahhahaa kenangan yg tak boleh lupa laa. insyaallah, siri akan datang, aku nak join. tp bukan lah lg sbg BK tp komander. aku nk relive the memories. rindu saat2 susah senang. to all commanders, chendering and dungun.. thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, helping us around, not giving up on us. RESPECT! aku akan igt jasa korg semua. and aku harap aku pun boleh buat yg sama so that the coming BKs will be getting the same treatment as i get. insyaallah. dahhhh, tadape nk ckp dah, till next post. ciao ;D

been away for a while, busy with classes and packed schedules at university. so, by the end of this month i'll be off to UiTM Dungun for LIBK training camp. stands for Latihan Intensif Bakal Komander. 12 days there. by the end of it, we'll be wearing the full uniform of Kesatria Negara.. should be fun. but tiring of course. marching marching and marching lol. but i bet it'll be worth it. anyway, just ended my first semester here. not bad, the final exam wasn't so bad after all. i won't put my hopes too high, i just pray that i'll get 3.0 GPA this term. that's all. god please help me with this. oh btw, i heard the matric students are taking MUET right now huh ? i guess the same time as the fellow six formers at schools. all the best to you people. remember, don't make silly mistakes. get at least band 4. okay ? good luck guys. check out my tips out here in the older posts. should be helpful one way or another. :) till next post .

Movie Reviews

okay, so these are the movies i'd watched so far for the past 3 days. lol free time ? study week guys. study week. got nothing else to do. time to enjoy myself with what's left for these past few months i'd missed since starting classes in UiTM. thank god my dad installed the new internet plan, i could just download these blu-ray rip movies in less than a day. hoyehh. well, more movies to come.. so, the review ? okay.

First, The Dictator. ya'll might notice the song i'm playing now.. that, is the OST from the movie. yeah, sounds stupid. hahahha xD okay, if you guys wanna watch this.. the muslims especially.. try to be open minded. it's just a joke. and no, i don't see anything beyond sensitivity in here. it's funny ! really. despite the govts in a few countries.. including Malaysia, decided to ban this movie. it's nice. you guys should watch if you feel like having a humorous atmosphere. Verdict: 4/5

Now, Prometheus. okay obviously it's a Sci-Fi movie. maybe it doesn't give out a good action but this movie, definitely give you a hard time thinking what's the purpose, why would they do this and that, what'll be the outcome. it's actually an adventurous movie. you'll crave for answers. no, i don't want to spoil no movie.. so you guys should watch it. Verdict ? 3/5

Safe. what does that have any relation to the movie ? idk either. but it's a very good action movie. about an ex cop, trying to free himself out of misery.. stumbled apon a girl who might change is day. yes, i'm bad in giving out a synopsis. lol so i recommend you to watch it to know the details. it's good. verdict: 4/5

Red Tails ? if you like planes, shooting.. watch it. it's nice. it's about a group of Negro airforce army struggling to be a part of the war in WWII. it's good. Verdict: 3/5

ahh yes, Red Lights. stunning. love magic ? do watch it. love to know what's behind magic or the "conspiracy" in it ? yes go on. it's about a scientific study trying to find/prove the truth of magic or simply to indicate whether they are a true people with powers or just a lame fraud. nice movie. recommended. Verdict: 4/5

Alas, The Cabin In The Woods. if you think this is another cliche of a serial killer movie ? think again. well, it does have a few elements in it. but it'll make you think again. it's an okay movie. not too good, not too bad. but there's always a surprise element in it. watch to know more. Verdict: 3/5

MUET tips

*BEWARE, LONG POST* hahahha :B

okay, since there's a few replies on MUET, i've decided to post some helpful tips on it. okay, in my earlier post, i'd shown you guys about speaking test. what you should actually write. yes, i only got Band 4 for my MUET, not to say i'm satisfied with my result but oh well, isn't so bad after all. but you guys gotta know that i didn't get a full attention on this, although i volunteered in it. it's just that i was juggling between SPM and MUET altogether. i regret myself for not given a perfect chance to fully utilize my skills. i was so blurred at that time. for speaking, i only get one chance to practice which is a day before the test. scary huh.. well, at least i'm lucky to be fluent enough in english language since i'm quite used to speaking especially in debates. well, first off.. to master speaking, THOU SHALL FREQUENTLY SPEAK ! lol keep on talking. don't be afraid to at least voice out a word or two. that should be a good start for you to get used to English. yes, it's hard to choose a perfect word to say. but hey, choosing a word to use is the problem. stop doing so. just talk. don't be scared if someone corrects you, that's a part of learning process. then, ask a few friends *maybe the ones who you trust not to laugh when you speak in some cases* to talk with you in English. you'll be a pro in no time. hahaha. okay, some may had laughed at me, the seniors of course when they asked me how did i get to be so good in English.. i say, simple.. Cartoons, Movies and Songs. yes, most of you would be like DAFUUUUUQ ? hahahha nah, now that's the real input dear ladies and gentlemen. besides speaking, what you see and what you hear may derive you to influence yourself in following the exact position. good or bad is up to your heart and that, is another topic. :) oh, how cartoons, movies and music does the trick ? easy.. cartoons usually gives out a clear picture as it is meant for kids right. you can understand without listening what they're trying to say, right ? now try watching and listening. multi-tasking. in fact, one does not surprise me after a few months watching a foreign shows, they could speak the language as if they'd attended a class or something. not just English, but Spanish, Korean, Japanese as well. see the big picture hear ? same goes to movies. okay we usually watch hollywood movies right ? now, if you buy a dvd, make sure you turn on the subtitles in ENGLISH. neither Malay nor Chinese and Tamil of course. why ? because by this way, first... you'll understand the story better.. second, you'll get to know what they are saying or how they're saying it crystal clear. i can't deny, i learnt quite a lot of words that i'm not familiar with during the movie so the output here is I LEARN A NEW WORD, THUS, A BETTER VOCABULARY, WHICH GIVES US A BETTER ENGLISH ! lol mind the capslock now. :P

okay yaddayaddayadda. now let's talk about writing.. last time i remember, writing an essay in MUET wasn't anything like writing in SPM. they focus more on substance rather than language. what are your facts. start vomiting ideas that should relate to the topic. don't try to go off topic, marks'll be cut off or ignored. 2 parts there are, essay and diagram. the diagram, please.. just write down what is stated. don't try to make your own statement okay. they don't want you to do the statistics that had been done for you. *bit harsh ey, boohoo :P remember, if they say 1% in June, 2% in August, 3% October.. just say that the stats increased steadily in two months time (EXAMPLE). or something like that. make your own words, but try not to be a genius. if you know what i mean ;) i can't say much about this though, i scored less in this part. hahaha pity me :( a result of a last minute study. puuuurfecto.

then comes the reading part. hahahahhaha my god. this, i love the most. more like a "information transfer" to me. the trick is to just scan and skim. don't read all the passage.. it's not like you only have one passage to read. unless you really can manage your time well, you may read it word by word. but better go fast. time limit is short. don't ask me, i forgot how long. hahahhaha. then you just answer the objective Qs. that's all. easy.

listening ? whoaaaaaa. okay it's not about how they speak makes you feel like throwing the pencil case to the speaker but how fast they speak are one of the problems. but at least they'll give you a chance to write down the answer before they repeat the conversation again. but the thing is, sometimes you'll get confused.. which is which ? is this the answer or that is the answer ? better take note of every word spoken. make sure you don't write when they speak. try to give full attention to the conversation when is played. when they don't, write everything down as fast as you can. but a better way is to catch the main points told by the speaker, write down a little bit cuz at least you won't be blurred. remember, time is your enemy. so short you won't get the chance to undo your mistakes in each of the questions if you don't do it properly. so please, help yourselves to do it right.

i only tell you this just to share out my experience in sitting for MUET. though i'm not so good in English, i'm still learning to make it better and better. if there's any mistakes or grammatical errors, please spare me.. i only got band 4 weii :P hahahhaa. i truly hope each and every one of you here who reads this may get AT LEAST band 4. get band 5 laa, better. at least you can brag that your English is good enough right. if any of you may have got band 6, i shall bow down to your highness dear my lord/my lady. hahahhaa :P good luck, all the best, don't stutter, don't over think, don't get confused too much, don't worry, don't sweat don't sweat don't sweat just turn to the left left left *jesse mccartney lalala :P be confident, be smart, don't try to use boombastic words too much. keep it low but steady. there's a difference between a hard punch and a fast punch. choose one :) do comment if you have any question or ideas aiteeeee. peaceeeee yo jyeahhhh \m/

i thank god the most for giving me such chance for me to pursue my dreams, my future . my heart might still lay rest in SS somewhere, but i had to make a huge step for my future. yes, staying in form 6 may give me a bit advantage in terms of fast tracking, acquaintances and the environment. But i tell you, made me wonder.. even if i go for it, what i learn in form 6 might not be enough or unsustainable for me to survive in Degree. I need the small details for me to carry on with if i am to pursue my goal of achieving MBA. seems a bit far but you know what, it's not wrong for one to dream as dreams will turn to reality. :)

well, talking bout my place right now, UiTM is somewhat quite awesome. i love the environment now as i started to fit right in with them, blending in. the hostel aka Kolej is okay, though i have to share with another 4 person, i'm lucky enough to have a good, relaxed roommates. they're okay so i am okay. the classes are good as in the lecturers and the classmates.. the food's quite reasonable well not to say cheap though. but i'm feeling fine right now. oh, did i mention it's just 10-15 minutes from my house ? lol weekends are always home for me. those people from Selangor for example, are so jealous of me for having house so near as i can go back anytime i want to. yeayy. alhamdulillah, i can see what's coming from now. thank you. ya'll wish me the best okay, i need that for the next 2 years, 11 months. to my friends, wherever you are and whatever course you're taking... best of lucks. do well okay. may the force be with you, always. ;)

How do you ‘give’ the oil producing states oil royalty for something that already belongs to them in the first place?

Give or take, give and take, they are both four letter words, just as Umno is (pun intended). Nevertheless, we can expect Umno to be confused about when to use the word “give” and when to use “take”. However, Pakatan Rakyat too?

As Julius Caesar said, “Et tu Brute?”

I am talking about the 5% oil royalty “given” to Sabah and Sarawak (and, of course, to Terengganu, as well as to all the other states as well: in the event that they too have oil and gas).

Yes, both Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat are currently discussing how much royalty should be “given” to those states that have oil and gas.

How do you “give” them something that already belongs to them in the first place? Should not the word we use be “take”? We should instead be discussing how much we should “take” from them, not how much we should “give” them.

Let me explain the history of this entire thing.

The oil and gas already belongs to the states. This is what the Malaysia Agreement and the earlier Federation Agreement was all about. And, in that agreement, it was agreed that all natural resources would be the property of the states.

No doubt, some things such as defence, security, foreign policy, etc., were federalised. But religion and natural resources are supposed to be the prerogative and property of the states.

Water, timber, land, sand, minerals, etc., all belong to the states. As do oil and gas. These are what we call natural resources. Hence they belong 100% to the states, not 5% or 20% or 50% or whatever.

Now, Umno is, of course, misleading us. They are talking as if all natural resources, except oil and gas, belong to the states and that oil and gas belong to the federal government. That is not true. And to suggest otherwise is a violation of the Malaysia Agreement.

And I would expect better from the opposition. Why is the opposition sounding like Barisan Nasional and talking about how much oil royalty to “give” to the states?

Discovery of oil

Oil was first rumoured to have been discovered in Terengganu even before 1972, during the time that Nik Hassan Wan Abdul Rahman was the MenteriBesar of Terengganu and Tun Abdul Razak Hussein the Prime Minister of Malaysia. And I said rumoured because the discovery of oil was never officially announced but was something that was being whispered in the corridors of power.

Why the hush-hush? Well, because the government had to first sort out some “loose ends” before announcing the discovery of oil.

So they did not want anyone to know about it until the federal government could ensure that the oil was “transferred” to the federal government. If not, 100% of the oil revenue would go to the state of Terengganu.

In the meantime, they secretly sold the oil to foreign buyers. The oil was transferred from the oil rigs to the ships in the middle of the sea and was exported. Only some people knew about it, the Petronas officers being some of those people.

Lim Kit Siang came to find out about this secret arrangement and there was a hue and cry when he revealed that the oil was being stolen from Terengganu. It seems a Deep Throat in Petronas had told him about it. Exxon, in collaboration with Petronas, were fingered as the chief conspirators.

A crisis was about to explode. There were rumours that all the documents in the Exxon office in Kuala Lumpur suddenly disappeared and reappeared inSingapore the following day.

Then, suddenly, the whole thing mysteriously died down and nothing more was said about the matter. No denial or rebuttal was ever issued.

Soon after that, the Menteri Besar went into conflict with the Sultan and was forced to resign. He was also exiled from Terengganu and was not allowed to ever set foot on Terengganu soil again as long as the Sultan was still alive. He never returned to Terengganu until the Sultan died.

The tense moment in that entire episode was when the Sultan’s brother stormed the Menteri Besar’s office and pointed a gun at the Menteri Besar’s head. The Sultan’s brother too was exiled to Pahang and only returned to Terengganu to attend the Sultan’s funeral.

The BN oil plan

Meanwhile, Tun Razak came out with a plan on how to bring PAS into the federal government. PAS had to be neutralised if the federal government wanted to grab Terengganu’s oil.

The idea to form Barisan Nasional was mooted and all the opposition parties such as PAS, PPP, Gerakan, etc., were invited to join Barisan Nasional.

In 1973, BN was launched and PAS became part of the federal government. In 1974, the new ruling coalition in Parliament (where all the opposition parties except DAP were now members of) passed the Petroleum Development Act and the oil and gas were transferred from the states to the federal government, meaning Petronas.

To keep the states quiet, they were given 5% as a token “oil royalty”.

This was like the whites taking away the Native American lands (then called Red Indians) by giving them worthless beads as payment.

Now, if the federal government had power over oil and gas, why the need to pass the Petroleum Development Act in Parliament? Just take it! But they couldn’t just take it. Oil and gas are the property of the states. So they needed to pass an Act of Parliament to legalise the illegal takeover of state property.

There was, of course, some resistance to this move, in particular from Sabah. But all resistance was silenced when the dissenters died in a mysterious plane crash that has never been properly explained until today.

Pakatan should stop talking about how much oil royalty to “give” the states and whether it should be increased from the current 5% to 20% or 50% or whatever. That is BN type of talk.

Correcting the injustice

The federal government is actually taking what belongs to the states. Therefore, you should be talking about how much you should take: whether 95% like now, or whether you reduce what you take down to 80% or 50%.

If we go by the spirit of the Federation Agreement, then you should take nothing. You should return 100% to the states. The most you can do is to levy a tax, like the timber export tax, palm oil tax, etc. That is all the federal government can earn. Even if the tax is 35% or 45%, never mind. But it has to be tax on the profit of the sales or a form of export tax or sales tax, whether you make a profit on the sale or not.

We always talk about Rule of Law and not Rule by Law. The Petroleum Development Act is a classic example of Rule by Law. They passed a law tolegalise something illegal: meaning, nationalising state property.

We must now correct this injustice and call a spade a spade. The federal government has been robbing the states of their oil for the last 40 years and has been giving them a mere 5% of the proceeds when it should be 100%. That is the reality of the situation.

Lim Kit Siang of DAP knows about this. He was the one who revealed what was going on even before most people knew that oil was being extracted fromTerengganu.

And Tun Salleh Abas of PAS also knows about this. He was the “architect” who drafted the Petroleum Development Act.

So no more talk about how much to give the states. We must now talk about what we are taking from the states.

No 10: Goliath - Six Flags Magic Mountain, Valencia, Calif. - 235 feet. Any roller coaster enthusiast will be quick to tell you that bigger is not necessarily better when it comes to riding the rails. Bigger is, however, definitely more terrifying. Here's a list of the world's tallest roller coasters, ranked by size. First stop: Goliath, reaches a speed of 85 mph. Despite its height, it includes a 255-foot drop, thanks to an underground tunnel.

No 9: Silver Star - Europa-Park, Rust, Germany - 240 feet. Silver Star is the tallest roller coaster in Europe, and exposes its riders to 4 Gs of force.

No 8: Titan - Six Flags Over Texas, Arlington, Texas - 245 feet. The Titan, which is almost identical to Goliath except bigger, includes a 540-degree helix twist and 2.8 million pounds of steel in its supports.
